Penny has trained teams in talent management as well as consulting arenas and aims to always provide a positive outcome with achievable targets. Over her career, Penny has been based in Australia, China and Hong Kong, delivering programs in Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa and Americas countries.
Penny has experience across a range of industries including but not limited to industrial, banking and finance, private equity, engineering, construction and mining. Penny believes that the key to successful talent is the ability to initially engage the correct talent through passive sourcing. Penny's passion lies in talent mapping and finding "a needle in a haystack".
Penny has a degree from UNSW and is active in the autism community strongly supporting children living with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
